PBA President, Howard Piper, was recently honored to be elected as Secretary of the Florida Chapter of IIBEC. The International Institute of Building Enclosure Consultants (IIBEC – Formerly the Roofing Consultants Institute RCI) is a roofing and building envelope consulting trade association with chapters throughout the US, Canada, and Mexico.
